This project encompassed both interior and exterior improvements, including lobby renovations in two buildings and the transformation of the surrounding outdoor space to attract and retain tenants. A major focus was the integration of diverse lighting types—carefully selected and proportionally placed to enhance safety, create a welcoming atmosphere, and highlight key architectural and landscape features. The upgraded space also includes an outdoor gym, a modern conference center, and thoughtfully designed landscaping with natural meadow areas, all contributing to a vibrant and functional environment.
