Position Summary:
Jordan Electric Inc. seeking a dependable and efficient Equipment and Material Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting electrical materials and equipment to job sites promptly and safely. This role is essential to maintaining smooth project operations and supporting our electricians in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload electrical materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Verify the accuracy of orders, ensuring the correct items are delivered.
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate effectively with project managers and site supervisors.
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Inspect vehicles daily for safety and maintenance needs, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism when interacting with team members and site personnel.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
- Ability to safely lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local traffic routes and the ability to navigate efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of electrical materials and tools (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A commitment to safety and adherence to company protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDL license or experience driving larger vehicles (if applicable).
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
